Yes, you can register at any time, even while employed. You simply indicate your availability date and we contact you when opportunities match your profile.
We offer freelance missions (time & materials, fixed price) and salaried positions (permanent, fixed-term). You can search for both simultaneously to maximize your opportunities.
When a client searches for your profile, we contact you to verify your availability and interest. If you are selected, we organize an interview with the client.
Surly missions last on average 6 to 12 months, with renewal possibilities. Some short missions (3 months) also exist for punctual reinforcements.
We offer missions throughout France (with a concentration in Île-de-France), as well as in Spain and Portugal via our local subsidiary. We also operate in Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, and other European countries depending on needs. Partial or total teleworking is often possible depending on the missions.
You freely set your Daily Rate (freelance) or Salary Expectations (permanent). Surly does not impose them: you keep control and can modify them whenever you want. No exclusivity. Need a benchmark? Our talent managers can help you position your rate according to the type of mission or position.
No, no exclusivity is requested. You retain total control of your career and can work with other platforms or firms simultaneously.
For freelance missions, you invoice Surly. We handle the administrative management and payment: you are paid within the agreed legal and contractual deadlines, without having to deal with the final client.
Yes, if you do not have a legal structure, we can refer you to our approved umbrella company partners.
If you recommend a consultant or a client to Surly and this recommendation leads to a mission, you receive a commission of 3% of the generated turnover.
You share the contact of a mission to be filled at a client via our dedicated form. If the mission is signed, you receive 3% of the HT turnover for the entire duration of the first mission (under conditions).
The program is open to everyone: registered consultants, former consultants, professional contacts, partners. Just register and share your recommendations.
